Yes, the first midterms have already been issued and we are well into the new school year. But here it is - the first day of school pics. I was so excited for school to start, I thought my life would be so easy when the older kids were at school all day. It hasn't turned out that way. After being up all night with Grant getting up at 6am to get the kids off to school is harder than ever. And Livvy only goes to school until 11:30 on M/W/F. So she is home by herself most of the time and very bored with her playmates gone. This means I have become the playmate of choice and I have found I am getting even less done now that before. I guess it is never easy being a mom. It is a good thing I love it so much!

So true! I found my life with a kindergartner was interesting because my life was cut up into three hour segments--kind of like nursing a baby. Wait! You've got both of those . . . so good luck!
WOW I can't believe Livvy is going to school now! She was just barely that little girl sitting on the back porch of Grandma Shirlie's house when all the grown-ups were talking outside and she would get up when someone was coming to the door. So sweet!
okay, Amelia looks so old! I can't believe it. And at first glance of Olivia I thought it was an old picture of you! She is a little Sarah even more than last time I saw her. Caleb is looking very handsome too.
Your kids all look so cute and getting so big!! I love it! I just wanted to let you know that Im finally getting around to sending you a little something for baby Grant. Im so sorry Im so slow with things but I sent it from the store and there is no cute letter with a congrats and all of that sweet stuff because it would have never happened if I had to go to the post office but, never the less I wanted to let you that we are so happy that baby Grant is a part of our family and we can't wait to meet him. His blessing pictures are so darling! We love you guys!!!!!
oh I can't even imagine life with 4 children!
